Kids Choir – School Holiday Workshop

Workshop details:

• Date: Mon 30th Sept – Tuesday 1st Oct
• Time: 9:00 am – 2:30 pm (parents/carers can stay for 30 mins at the beginning to help settle children).
• Location: Phoenix Park Neighbourhood House (22 Rob Roy Road, Malvern East)
• Age: This workshop is for children prep to grade 4 (6-9 years)
• Performance: 2:00 pm Tuesday 1st Oct (parents and family to attend)
• What to bring: All students are to bring a packed lunch that does not require heating, and all students should bring a drink bottle and snacks. Gumnut Music has a nut-free policy, see details in terms and conditions.
• What to wear: Students should wear comfortable clothing for play inside and outside. A jumper/jacket must be provided and a hat for outdoor free time. Sneakers or comfortable shoes.

Terms and Conditions

1. I understand that places are limited and that in the event the workshop is over–subscribed my deposit will be returned to me.
2. Payment is due before the first day of the workshop.
3. No refunds of payment are available once the workshop has commenced.
4. Credits and make-ups are not available under any circumstances.
5. If students cancel prior to the commencement of the workshop, then any payment made is forfeited. When cancellation is received prior to the commencement of the workshop, Gumnut Music reserves the right to try & fill this spot with a new student at their discretion. If the place is filled with a new student prior to the commencement of the workshop Gumnut Music will refund the balance minus a non-refundable $50 administration fee. The administration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
6. I understand that Gumnut Music reserves the right to cancel workshops that do not meet the enrolment quota. In this instance, a full refund will be given.
7. Gumnut Music reserves the right to change the structure or operations of business according to restrictions or situations due to circumstances outside of our control eg: Covid-19. There will be no refunds possible under these circumstances. Such changes may include, but are not limited to, moving venues, substituting the style of workshop, or rescheduling workshops.
8. Gumnut Music accepts no liability or responsibility for any injury sustained by the student that arises from participation in any activity connected with Gumnut Music.
9. I authorise the staff to consent, where it is impracticable to communicate with me, to whatever medical or surgical treatment as may be deemed necessary and to arrange medical transportation at the student’s expense.
10. Gumnut Music has a nut-free policy at all venues. Students are asked not to bring any food containing nut products to workshops and performances. We also ask students not to share food. Parents are requested to inform Gumnut Music in writing of any allergies their child may have.
11. I authorise Gumnut Music to use photographs/video taken during workshops/performances for promotional purposes only. Any such footage remains the property of Gumnut Music.
12. Gumnut Music reserves the right to exclude students whose behaviour is disruptive. Gumnut Music has a “NO BULLYING” policy, students who do not adhere to this will be removed from the workshop.
13. By enrolling and/or attending I agree to abide by these Gumnut Music Terms and Conditions, Covid safe plans, guidelines, and restrictions as set out by the Government, our Venues and/or Gumnut Music.
14. Our terms and conditions apply in all circumstances.
15. Enrolment and/or attendance at Gumnut Music constitutes acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
